The pictures shown are sketches of the product we hope to sell to customers in the near future. There are two sections on Garcyle. The side on the left is the trash side, the right, is the recycling side. Garcyle uses a 360 degree bar code scanner to recognize when something recyclable has been thrown away in the trash section. In sketch two, the recycling side of Garcyle is slightly larger. This is where the claw is stored. Garcyle's retractable claw catches anything recyclable, that has been thrown away in the trashcan section. It latches onto the item after being thrown away going through what we call the "Cavities" shown in picture three. It then returns to the recycle side of Garcyle, again going through the cavities. There is a subtle "beep" noise if a recyclable item has been thrown in the trash section. This lets you know next time to recycle that item. To ensure safety for our customers, the claw does not retract until Garcyle's lid is closed. If Garcyle is opened as the claw is in use, it simply stops in its tracks, and continues once closed. Sketch four shows Garcyle in action. Everything also applies if a non-recyclable item goes in the recycle section.
